Women processing shea butter manually. Shea nut is the seed of the shea fruit that grows on the shea tree in Northern Ghana. Shea butter is a fatty extract from the seed of the Shea nut. Shea butter is used as premium ingredient for cosmetics. It used by locals as cooking oil and for the skin.

It was built in line with the rising mountain peaks with watchowers at close intervals and in various shapes and structures. Characterized by its "precipituos, dense, comphrehensive, ingenious and extraordinary" features, it is recognized as a prime section of the Great Wall.

Standing majestically at 4 095m (13 435 feet above sea level), Mount Kinabalu is also the 20th most prominent mountain in the world by top graphic prominence.
