Porta de Santiago at the foot of St. Paul's Hill is the gateway to over four hundred years of history spanning Portuguese, Dutch and English influence in Melaka.
St. Paul's Church is a historic church building in Malacca, Malaysia that was originally built in 1521. It is located at the summit of St. Paul's Hill and is today part of the Malacca Museum Complex comprising the A Famosa ruins, the Stadthuys and other historical buildings.
A Famosa is a Portuguese fortress and it is among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Asia.
The Porta de Santiago, a small gate house, is the only remaining part of the fortress still standing.
