Ćuprija

is administrative centre of Pomoravlje district in Serbia, and it has around 20.000 inhabitants. The Romans founded the town in 3rd century on the road from Constantinople to Rome. It served as a Roman military base, with a shield factory. This quiet town crosses the river known as Velika Morava.
