Hong Kong Watercolour Artist Mr.Shen was born in Beijing and studied Fine Art in China Zhejiang Fine Art Academy. He is currently an art teacher of SPACE of the HK University School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SPACE).

Mr.Shen is the Chairman of the HK Artist Association and HK Water Colour Research Society. He has participated in numerous national art exhibitions in the mainland and the HK Biennial Art Exhibition. His works have been collected by various organizations such as Chinese Fine Arts Mews, HK Museum of Art, HK Heritage Museum, Chinese Art Research Academy and private collectors.
